My name is Anna, and I want to help you feel better. I’m a mindfulness coach and human connection specialist. I deeply care about helping humans release the pressure, tension, and emotional weight we carry. I believe we are all capable of building beautiful, supportive lives when we have the right tools and a safe space to reconnect with ourselves.
Over the past six years, I’ve devoted myself to studying stress, trauma, emotional processing, relationships, and communication. I didn’t just learn it from books. I lived through it. I went from feeling overwhelmed, socially anxious, and suicidal to falling in love with life, with myself, and with humanity. My healing journey has been messy and imperfect, but it has been filled with wonder, deep connection, and the kind of growth I once thought was impossible.
I used to stay small in relationships and avoid sharing my real feelings. Now I practice taking up space, setting boundaries, and letting myself be seen. I used to be terrified of being noticed. Now I hold “free hugs” signs on sidewalks and strike up conversations with strangers just to remind them they matter. I used to dread waking up in the morning. Now I feel excited to be here, to create, to connect, and to keep learning.
Everything I teach is something I practice. These tools changed my life, and I’ve seen how healing one person’s relationship with themselves can ripple out to everyone around them. That’s why I do this work. I do it to help people feel safe in their own skin and more connected in their relationships, so we can build stronger, kinder communities together.
I believe the way we treat ourselves and each other has the power to change the world. And I believe we’re all worth the effort.
