I take a trauma-informed, somatic approach to healing, self-connection, and relationships. Together, we practice embodiment, radical acceptance, compassion, grounding, and present-moment awareness.
In our sessions, we explore your inner and outer experience, strengthening your ability to feel, notice, and understand what is happening inside and around you. As your connection with yourself deepens, your body naturally begins to release stress, tension, and pain, allowing it to function and heal more efficiently. This clarity also helps you communicate with yourself and others with greater presence, empathy, and authenticity.
My approach is deeply informed by attachment theory, which helps us understand how your earliest emotional bonds shape your sense of safety, love, and connection. Together, we gently repair patterns that no longer serve you and build the capacity to relate to yourself and others from a place of trust, openness, and secure connection.
We also practice nervous system regulation, which helps you recognize and respond to your body’s signals with care and awareness. By learning how to calm, balance, and support your nervous system, you create a foundation of safety within yourself. From this place, healing happens more naturally, and you become more resilient, grounded, and open to life.
I serve as a compassionate mirror and gentle guide, helping you see beyond fear and limiting beliefs so you can reconnect with the truth of who you are. Together, we practice clear, heart-centered communication, learning to listen to yourself deeply and express your truth with confidence and care.
As you begin to feel safe enough to relax, your body and mind return to their natural state of creativity, playfulness, and aliveness.
These practices have profoundly transformed my own life. They have helped me cultivate a deep, loving connection with myself and others and fall in love with the simple, miraculous experience of being alive.
