Whether you’re navigating a specific challenge, wanting to deepen your self-awareness, or working toward a larger transformation, we’ll move at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable for you.
While you’re always welcome to book sessions as needed, many clients choose to meet regularly (weekly or biweekly) to build momentum and create deeper, lasting change.
